#2 FLAT RATE SHIPPING IS $10.50 for both US and international. This is for a Large Flat Rate Priority Mail Box. If you are purchasing smaller items that can be sent in an envelope shipping will be $5.00. Delivery Confirmation within the US is free.
#3 Insurance is not included. I will carefully package this item, but if you want to insure their safety I would suggest asking for insurance. I am not responsible for your package once it leaves my hands. Insurance is an extra $1.15.
