10 tips to Healthy skin

1. Clean your face morning and night

2. Use a toner for daily deep cleaning and exfoliation

3. Moisturize with spf in the morning and anti-wrinkle at night

4. Use an eye cream that works best for you to keep the delicate skin hydrated

5. Use a spot treatment for blemishes

6. Never wipe your skin....always pat dry this will prevent wrinkles and sagging

7. Cut out fatty foods from your diet...your skin will thank you

8. Use upward strokes when applying foundation and lotions to help fight gravity

9. Drink lots of water to keep your skin hydrated throughout the day

10. Don't touch your face during the day......this will keep bacteria at bay
