According to June's issue of Cosmo the new trend in bold lips is going two-toned. Pulling off this look takes guts! Take a lighter shade on top and a brighter on bottom and remember not to Blot them todether.
Here I've used Wet n Wild matte lipsticks in 907C(top) and 905D(bottom)
